2009-2010 KGI Competitive Schedule The KGI Team Program follows all guidelines and progressions as set forth by the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic Program. The Jr. Olympic (JO) Program is designed to provide a basis for sound development of our young athletes from the entry level class student through the advanced competitive gymnast. The program is linear (progressive) in nature and has 10 levels. This assures that each athlete has mastered the physical and performance requirements to safely progress through the system. It builds self-confidence, strong skill development, coordination and a positive self-image.

KGI Non-Competitive Team Programs: Levels 1-3
These are developmental stages incorporating Level 1-3 skills. Gymnasts start with basic skills on all events with the majority of focus on strength, flexibility and form.
KGI Competitive Team Programs: Levels 4-10
KGI is a member of USA Gymnastics and supports its systems of competition and adheres to its rules and policies. KGI currently competes in the USAG compulsory and optional programs.
Our focus in the gym is on FUN while building the basic skills needed to be successful throughout the USAG program. KGI Team gymnasts are very successful and still manage to have many outside interests!
