Cheerleading

• Does your squad need help with jumps? How about strength and flexibility? Or tumbling? Or skill synchronization?
• Our staff can help with all of it! We offer specialized classes for area cheerleading teams designed to meet your specific needs.

Summer Camps

•  Kids Gym has been providing summer activities for area children for over 20 years.  
• Weekly camps for 3-5 years and 6 & up keep us hopping all summer long!
• All camps meet M-W-F from 10AM-1PM and campers bring a lunch.

Private Lessons

• Private Lessons for 1-2 students are available in half-hour increments.
• Recreational and competitive gymnasts, as well as cheerleaders can benefit from some "extra" attention and concentrated instruction on specific skills.

Overnights

• About once a month, Kids Gym holds an evening event for our students and other children.
• Children must be in first grade and up.
• Gymnastics instruction, games, and snacks are all part of this fun filled evening.

Lunch Bunch

• Hey Moms and Dads! Kids Gym is offering you the chance to drop your kids off with us while you enjoy a lunch date with your friends!
• In this mini-camp children ages 3-5 will:
  • Eat lunch with friends and gymnastics instructors (bring lunch with a drink)
  • Do a craft project
  • Participate in a storytime with songs and games
  • Enjoy lots of extra gym time!

Field Trips

• Area preschools, playgroups, and others have been coming to Kids Gym for years to enjoy our terrific field trips.
• Bring your group for an hour of activity and lots of fun!
